What are Lambeth GP Access Hubs?
Four GP Access Hubs have been set up within surgeries across Lambeth to give patients better access to primary care services. The hubs are open extended hours from 12noon–8pm Monday to Friday and 8am–8pm weekends and bank holidays, which means it’s easier for you to get an appointment at a time that suits you. If there are no available appointments at your usual surgery, you will be referred to one of the hubs.
All linked together!
All 42 GP surgeries in Lambeth are connected to the same IT network, meaning whichever doctor you see, they will be able to access and update your medical records.
Your medical records will only be shared between your practice and the hub if you have not actively opted out of data sharing. If you are unsure please speak to your registered GP.
